We want you to be completely satisfied with your Industrie purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all full-priced items. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and swing tags are intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  Post Your Parcel

  Print your generated shipping label, attach it to the front of your package, and drop it off at any authorized post office or collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
